Living in Utah I've almost always taken for granted the natural landscape I was surrounded by.  Since picking up photography some 10 years ago I've gained a whole new appreciation for our planet, and what the world has to offer.  I try to capture landscapes in a way that invokes emotion within the viewer.  If you view a landscape image of mine, and the next day you find your self slowing down just a bit to appreciate your surroundings  a little more than the day before, I've succeeded.
